These chatbots are designed to save time, improve customer service, and boost business efficiency.
2. Payment Terms
A one-time setup fee is required to build and deploy your chatbot
After deployment, you will be charged per appointment booked through the chatbot
Payments are non-refundable once the chatbot is live
You are responsible for any platform-related charges (e.g., WhatsApp Business API fees or third-party tools)
3. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate service, scheduling, and business details
Comply with local laws regarding automated messaging
Ensure the chatbot is used ethically and legally
4. Intellectual Property
All chatbot logic, flows, and systems built by elyasai are our intellectual property
You are granted a limited license to use them for your business
You may not duplicate, resell, or redistribute them without written permission
5. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Missed bookings due to customer/user errors
Downtime or outages from third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)
Any loss of income or reputation from chatbot miscommunication or system issues
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if:
You violate these terms
You misuse or abuse the system
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us in writing. You are still responsible for any appointment-based fees due before cancellation.
